Leadership Challenges

What is Coaching?

Coaching provides expertise in personal change management.  Coaching is a client centered process that helps the client gain clarity, understanding, new learning, goals, and accountable action steps which leads to the end result the client wants.  The coach does not tell the client what to do, but helps the client discover their own solutions.     Clients can clarify their goals, vision, values, and expose barriers to change.  Then, clients receive the support to establish strategies to move into their vision.   Coaching takes place in person or over the phone.  For best results a client commits to at least two sessions a month for a total of 12 sessions.
